Customer problem: When I use NT650 Elite to reset inspection service on my Audi Q5, 2018, it shows “Inspection due” on the dashboard is shown as the picture below. My testing path is Service & Checks-> Service Intervals-> Inspection Service Reset.

Please check whether the OilReset software has been updated to the newest.
Then follow this path to do small maintenance: OilReset-> Europe-> Audi-> Auto Reset
If the maintenance light doesn’t disappear, go to do high maintenance.
